Hi everyone!

Well I’m having so much fun in Melbourne, meeting incredible people doing amazing things like opening Australia’s first gourmet raw restaurant, producing raw bars, or writing about raw gastronomy.

Now for some exciting news!

In light of the March 7th workshop being near-capacity, a new workshop date has been added!

Sunday, March 22nd on the beautiful grounds of Heathcote in Applecross from 9:30am - 3:30pm.

This is a 6 hour hands-on workshop, where YOU get to make the meals for the group.  I repeat, this is HANDS-ON, not a demonstration, so you will walk away with the confidence to make the recipes yourself!

Meeting with other raw class teachers while on my holiday, I’ve realised that what I offer is RARE - most other teachers only demonstrate the food preparation so you do not get as many hands-on hours as you do by coming to my class, and its such a good price too!

When: Saturday, 29th November from 9:30am to 3:30pm — a whole 6 hours, with plenty of time for eating!

Cost: $91 Enrolment Fee, $20 on the day to cover the cost of the yummy organic produce that I will buy that morning!

Course Title: COOKING: Vegetarian- Healthy Uncooking- Raw & Living Foods

Description: Learn to make healthy cuisine that will excite your tastebuds! Using organic local seasonal produce you will learn how to create delicious snacks, amazing salads, pizza, chocolate and sweet pies using healthy fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts - no baking required! This unique way of “un”cooking food is low fat, dairy and gluten free, and excitingly healthy. The lecturer for this course has been obese since a teenager, even though she was a Vegetarian.  Through following the Raw & Living Foods way of cooking, she has lost 25kgs so far and while still has more to lose, is enjoying the benefits of greater energy and developing a positive relationship between food and body. This workshop will show you how you too can use Raw & Living Foods to heal yourself and your relationship with food, while enjoying the creation of brilliant and exciting cuisine.
