Hi everyone!

Well I’m having so much fun in Melbourne, meeting incredible people doing amazing things like opening Australia’s first gourmet raw restaurant, producing raw bars, or writing about raw gastronomy.

Now for some exciting news!

In light of the March 7th workshop being near-capacity, a new workshop date has been added!

Sunday, March 22nd on the beautiful grounds of Heathcote in Applecross from 9:30am - 3:30pm.

This is a 6 hour hands-on workshop, where YOU get to make the meals for the group.  I repeat, this is HANDS-ON, not a demonstration, so you will walk away with the confidence to make the recipes yourself!

Meeting with other raw class teachers while on my holiday, I’ve realised that what I offer is RARE - most other teachers only demonstrate the food preparation so you do not get as many hands-on hours as you do by coming to my class, and its such a good price too!

If you’ve been considering coming to my class, seats are limited so you should ENROL NOW!
