Workshops and Classes
I believe in giving YOU the confidence to create delicious and amazing raw foods! In my classes you receive extensive resources to help you incorporate raw foods into your diet, very generous helpings of each dish created and hear inspirational stories of health and healing! Making at least 5 dishes using seasonal, organic ingredients you will walk away with the confidence to create beautiful raw meals at home!
In my workshops, every participant is given the opportunity to create the group meal. You are invited up to the preparation area to use the equipment, chop vegetables, and assist in putting a meal together.

Private Classes
In Your Home
These classes are held in your home with all equipment supplied. There is a maximum of 5 people, and we work in your kitchen to prepare a 3-course raw meal which we then sit down and enjoy. The food preparation is primarily conducted by myself, and you sit and enjoy someone else preparing dinner for you! Your involvement is to help chop some veggies or have a go creating the food. This class is flexible and can be fully prepared as a group, or you watch the preparation. Throughout the class, Kate talks about raw foods, incorporating them into your life, and answers any questions.
Cost: $60 per person, covering the cost of 3 meals, instruction and handouts.
There is a minimum of 3 people, maximum of 5 people. Remember it’s your kitchen, and your guests and the instructor must be able to fit comfortably for demonstration and food preparation.
Girls Night In
The Girls Night In is a special class for girls only! Getting together to create luscious raw desserts, and have the opportunity to chat about life, love, weight release, and other things! A fun way to get spend an evening with the girls, and enjoy decadent food without feeling guilty afterwards.
Cost: $40 per person, covering the cost of 3 meals, instruction and handouts.
There is a minimum of 4 people, maximum of 7 people. Remember it’s your kitchen, and your guests and the instructor must be able to fit comfortably for demonstration and food preparation.
