It’s coming up to our 1-year “Rawversary” next Saturday, a whole year since I became a raw vegan! I cannot believe how many changes I have been through this past year and everything that I have learned about health, nutrition and most importantly, myself.
To celebrate, I am giving my blog a makeover! It started out as a personal journal, but as I’ve gone on through my journey, and - despite feeling like I’m talking to myself - receiving emails from people reading this site, I’ve realised that there is a need for more info on being raw, especially local to my region. So, what I have planned is more of an extreme makeover and I’m really excited about it! Don’t worry, you’ll still get the journalling and occasional rants, but more great information will be there too!
If you have any questions for me, about raw foods or feedback on my site, then please send me a message as I love to hear from you, and respond to everyone (ie. the few of you!) who writes.
Here’s a very sneak preview:

I’ll keep you guessing! In the meantime, check out some of my favourite posts from the last year:
First Post: Becoming a Raw Food Vegan
7 Days Raw: Lessons Learnt
Enjoying the countryside and balancing raw: Beautiful Spring
Eating simply while travelling, and celebrating our first ‘raw’ Christmas: Christmas Eve Dinner
And last but not least, experimenting in the kitchen! I can almost eat the pictures in these posts! Mmmmm: Chili con Calabacin, and Raspberry Sorbet.
Happy reading!
